BERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients:

Mix all of the dry ingredients together.  Thoroughly blend bananas, pineapple, juice, vanilla and oil in a blender.  Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir.  Fold in berries and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a stainless steel muffin tin lined with unbleached muffin cups. Makes 12 medium muffins.
